1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- We only accept returns or issue refunds for products that are damaged on arrival.
- The customer must record a video of the unboxing process and the damaged product immediately upon delivery.
- To claim a refund, the customer must send the video and details of the damage to us via email at info@ifixicare.com or WhatsApp at +919315227908 within 2 hours of the delivery time.
2. Video Proof Requirements
- The video must show the entire unboxing process, from opening the package to displaying the damaged product.
- The product must not be tampered with or used.
- Clear evidence of damage must be visible in the video for a refund to be processed.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and review the video proof, we will assess the damage and verify the claim.
- If the product is found to be damaged upon arrival and the claim is valid, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- No refunds will be processed if the product is found to be in good condition or if the claim is not made within the specified time frame.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund will be provided if the customer fails to provide video proof of the unboxing and damage.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for products that are no longer in their original packaging or have been used.
